i was just talking to my coworker about it today on our way home
she said we need to have specifically-assigned roles and focus on that
instead each of us (there are 3 of us) are spread quite thin each doing the same thing
like we all do social media posts (and their english isn't as good as mine so there are grammar errors)
and we all do different levels of customer interaction
and warehouse work
it's a lot 8'|
