they wouldn't extend my visa period when I went to change my job location because I needed to get a new ARC and it wasn't close enough to the end of the period yet
I suspect that's why anyway.
because the rule technically is that they earliest you can go to extend it is 4 months before the end, but everyone's always been able to extend it. I just didn't have any more slots on the back of the card haha so I guess needing to print me a new card is making them stick to the rules

i've never been to southeast asia but i would love to visit sometime! southeast asia and south america are both high up on my list, i would love to visit buenos aires and rio sometime

I was just up north, not in taipei/new Taipei but about 40 min away on the train down by hsinchu in xinfeng
I don't think Taiwan will let you in? |D I loved it there. it's always been seen through rosy glasses for me though haha since I used to only visit it for summer vacation and summer camp. the year I spent there wasn't bad eitherrr. I miss the food there

the food in taipei is amazing! you could walk on any block and get a delicious meal for like a dollar ... i love all the fruit juice spots too
like fresh watermelon juice ...

ughhhh yes. I loved getting lunch at the lunch box places haha. and the fried dumplings were so good with the hot and sour soup ;u; one of my favorites. I didn't actually get fresh juice that often haha but speaking of fruit. I miss the fruit in Thailand ughhh
