I feel too guilty, letting everyone drown at work just because I'm being selfish.
And it's much nicer out today than I thought it was going to be...

:( But its not being selfish. Your mental health can effect how you work and stuff.

I work in retail. Taking one hour off doesn't work well... I went in though, and it was nice.
