she needed to send a video file, but the file was in .mkv and the person couldn't open it. so i was converting to .mp4 for her
but chromebooks are WEIRD and i couldn't figure out how to rename the file because the rename option was grayed out!
i figured everything out for her but like, chromebooks suck with intuitive shit like that.

Work is being SUPER careful. Luckily I don't work with the public so the only people I see are my coworkers, and most of them are working from home. The ones that are in-office are really spread out.
