haha im down for a lazy sunday but was lazy yesterday so we need to a little more productive-ness with the van/moving process.

i make the hubby meal prep. at least the meat portions. we meal prep cause my other two roommates are known to hog the kitchen with cooking every night. >n <

for the weekend, he made slices of steak. made it all at once and portioned it out. we always eat from the same plate. always have done that. learned a lot about each other xD

we do the basics three food groups; protien, starch, and veggie. chicken/ steak, rice/ potatoes, artichokes/ brussel sprouts/ broccoli. we switch it up every other week.

@Dimples: that sounds good. I like a lot of veggies so I don’t have to worry about that. Thanks for the tip. I was thinking about making eggs with veggies in them in muffin tins. I’ve never done it before but it sounds like something I would like.

good on you for donating! i think we need to donate or pass on some stuff in storage. downsizing to a van and small-ish storage unit has been a learning curve haha
