@Queen of Trash: grew up in the south and I could never be without AC there. I moved to CA and they were like oh you don’t need AC it doesn’t really get hot here, but it does. It’s like 91 today. Doesn’t get hot here my ass. Global warming is making it hotter here.

@Priestess of Pie: San Jose needs AC units. SF doesn’t really but actually this year and last year they both had record highs where it broke 90F.
@Queen of Trash: it’s getting hotter cause of climate change and it’s getting drier here too.
FL is still hotter then northern CA but AC is become a must have in South Bay

Maybe it's breezier right on the bay, but it was pretty toasty when I lived in Sacramento.

@Queen of Trash: yeah. The one good thing about when it’s not so dry is that you don’t need to drink as much water. Out here it’s so dry that if you are out in the sun for even 30 mins without water it’s dangerous :(
But of course the heat feels hotter when it’s humid.
