Had that many times before and it came from stress for me.
Luckily I had a friend who was training to become a masseuse.
His advice was: apply some heath to it and, later on, massage it gently with one hand.
He gave me massages before, but I’m not going to send him over.

Yeah it could have been from stress. I’m just glad that I’m feeling ok today.
