What's on it?

I was on the elliptical earlier and when "Run the World" came on, I thought I was invincible until the song ended rip.

Other songs that regularly appear while I'm doing cardio are Mr. Brightside and Shut Up and Drive.

I don't listen to music while lifting cause... focus @.@

So anyway, what're your workout songs? What gets your body going? XD

when I was into running, I would listen to a lot of hardstyle music. Stuff like Showtek and Noisecontrollers.

or like, breakcore like Igorrr, and hardcore punk like Minor Threat.

and then stuff like The Orwells, Cloud Nothings, Fidlar, and Wavves...

and witch house for light walks.

Born To Run 150BPM, Adrenaline Workout & Extreme Metal Workout.

@Ixora: I start with cardio, then weight lifting, then some back exercise and I end with cardio again.

I have separate cardio and lift days @.@ which can only happen because I got a lot of free time atm

@Ixora: I am in the gym between 1-1,5h each time. I try and go twice a week. But I go with my mom so it depends when she can.

My mom would like to go with me but she is so lazy and the snow makes her extra extra lazy

I'm popping in here because I need a workout playlist... or rather playlists for lots of things in general. (plus stuff that's allowed on twitch because of the new rules) But also because I really need some exercise encouragement. I'm not very good at it, i don't know the correct way to do things. Though I try really hard, I've got no confidence in it.

Currently recovering from large amounts of PTSD. I'll post when I can, please ping for replies. Things are very difficult for me right now.
