@MoodyBats: Oh I've been there with that amount of stress. It's really hard to come down from that. I just want you to know that when a transformer blows, it's loud and crazy but they make them high enough off the ground so that they don't spark a fire anywhere. I've been through many hurricanes and they almost always blow then. Still super scary when it happens.
Maybe just a short mindfulness video to breathe? They might help your head.
@MoodyBats: Yeah thats what happens when your birthday is near christmas..(my birthday is in early january) people forget and just give you one present and say its for both christmas and birthday... If I have a kid I'ma try not to have it near christmas haha

my cousin who is older than me also has the same birthday as me.
And no one really gives me presents or anything. Not that i want them anyways. I'd feel guilty i couldn't give them things.
But my family doesn't celebrate holidays.
My birthday just ends up being a pretty depressing day for me.

well before bed i watched red carpet for K-pop music bands and saw all the bands i liked.
so that helped a lot.

@MoodyBats: For me its the opposite, I would get hurt if my family forgot. I hope you do something nice for yourself though even if everyone else forgets. Buy yourself something or go to your favorite spot and have a good day
