I just heard on the news that a man was jogging this morning and saw a bench (small cage for dogs).

In the bench wasn’t a dog. There was a 4 month old lion in it.

The man called the police, who called a vet to examine him. The lion was stressed and cold but nothing more.
They threw a blanket over the bench, to reduce stress and warm him up a bit. He is now on his way to a zoo about 30km from my house. He will be examined further and he will get some food there.

What is the weirdest thing you ever found?

The house originally built on the foundation burned to the ground a VERY long time ago. (That house was original to the area.) Her house was built on top of it.

....On top. Of it.

Like they bulldozed everything (and consequently, everyone, as nothing was recognizable anymore) into the hole, poured some cement-type stuff, and built my grandma's house on top of it. Her basement is only about 3 feet deep, and has stuff sticking out of the cement. Like chairs, and a baby carriage.

Way to go, New England.

@Tuijp: My grandma is so awesome about it, though. XD;; You could see horrible ghosts walk right in front of her or something, and she'd just be like "Eh, that isn't there." and make you a pie. XDD;;
