National Novel Writing Month is swiftly approaching!
Is anyone else planning to participate? Are you new or experienced? Are you a planner or a pantser?
I've participated for the last 3 years and won every time. I'm nervous about this year because I've been working 7 days a week and I'm both busy and exhausted. I do meet up with a writing group typically, and that actually helps me keep on track.
I do have an outline for a novel for this year but I just hope I have the time to get started on it.

Ugh, that's happened to me, too. Whatever word processing program came with my original computer saved files in a weird format. They could not even be opened in Word. So when that computer died, I lost my stuff. Luckily my wife is a computer genius and recovered them! They came out in a super weird format but at least the text survived.
