Hello everyone the names LonelyLuna but you can just call me lona.
So my questions, so how to I add a basic face or clothes for my avatar. Do I have to buy it?
Also how to you make a dream avi (if there is an option here to do so)
Last but not least any good newbie starter packs?

For the creating a base for your avatar (with eyes, basic hair, mouth, nose) the only thing I see is one single button in the wardrobe room and that button says ‘apperence’ and it lets me pick my skin color, I can’t do anything else to my knowledge

We do not have a dream avi maker yet! The site is very much so still in beta and working on core features.

For now, you can pop on over to our beloved Lily's project which is the Voltra Item Museum to see everything you cant find in shops:

Now, as for that blank face: Hit up the "Shops" tab and locate "VYCS MODS" and you can get face surgery and tattoos there. And of course, different articles of clothing at other stores.

When ready to not be nakie, click on your circle profile avatar picture and it will take you to your wordrobe and you can have fun playing there.

If you see an iten you like in the Voltra items museum I linked you and wanna try to buy it (some are cheap/some are yikes :p) you can click the "forums " tab and search for the exchange forum.

If you would like a few starter items I can send you some. Lets have you start the trade to familiarize yourself:

By your circular avatar profile picture youre gonna click on the button thats inbetween the globe(notifications) and the lil person(friendslist) and it will prompt you to type in a username, so type in "Millet" and click send trade (or maybe it says offer trade, I forget). Once you send that I will throw things at you!

@LonelyLuna: there are two charities out th ere that are pretty active one is holloween all year round https://www.voltra.us/forum/view_topic/2167
The other is make a wish https://www.voltra.us/forum/view_topic/3535 I'm sure they can help you out a bit if your wanting and the reason glume and elithiya have artist in there is because they are site artists and that Lily is something they put in like glumes says mistress if you go to your settings you can change it though I think it's only 13 characters I'm not positive on that but welcome I hope you stay

To expand a bit on what Karen said, that section is known as Preferred Pronouns, and is found by clicking on Settings.
Then click on Profile Settings.
You'll find Preferred Pronouns on the bottom left.
I hope you come to like it here. C;
