Forums General Chit-Chat Going to a new tea shop this weekend
@Totalanimefan: Oooo, like a food bazaar. Well I now feel like a cup of tea with some hotpot, and I bet thats not nice.
@vengeance: That's a good one. I also like green tea with mint.
@Tuijp: lol that's funny that you have really good tea and then subway, but at least it's only the cookies which are actually pretty good.
@Robyn: Yes! My husband said yesterday that he wanted to try out the hotpot place and have the tea while he was there. I thought that sounded really nice! I can't wait to try it.
@Tuijp: Yeah, in England I noticed that they tasted a lot better than in the states. I think that's because they use the cheapest shit allowed here. :vanora_sweat:
@Robyn: Oh I wish. Hotpot is never cheap though haha. Also the line last night when we went just to get tea was long. The hotpot part is only like two month old, so it's still really new.

@Totalanimefan: we have strict rules about food. So we get all fresh ingredients here.
@Tuijp: I know I like that. Like people always say that food is so cheap in the states, and it is because it's all crap. You want 'real', fresh food it costs more than super processed crap.
@Totalanimefan: Maybe it'd be worth going at an unpopular time? Like brunch times on mid afternoon..?

@Totalanimefan: freshly baked bread is best in the bakery here but that is expensive. I some times buy a bread flower mix and make it myself.
