Simple: lay down in bed with something warm or cold (depending on what you prefer) against the painful spot

I am doing that right now :) hopefully it will at least ease the pain. Idk what I did to cause it :/

@sunny: many things can cause it.
I had it once, very badly, after a day out with school. I woke up, next morning, and I couldn't move at all. I had a complete panic attack because I was still too sleepy to realise what was going on.

once upon a time, I sneezed while laying down and it did something to my neck.
I couldn't move my head at all.
Did you know you do a lot of stuff with your neck that you take for granted?
I bet you do now! It took a few days for the pain to wear off for me.

Please ping! I get distracted easily. 
Last year my nack hurt so bad I couldn't move it at all. Went to the doctors and they gave me special medicine.

@sunny: Even tho your neck hurts you need to try and move it every now and then. You may also wanne try a stronger painkiller.
@vengeance: I am testing it gently every now and then :) I don't know any stronger painkillers, I'm not allowed to take ibuprofen or aspirin :/
@sunny: A that sucks. I had to take 2 paracetamol 4 times a day, codeine & naproxen. I have never taken so much medicine in my life.

I have some codeine but I'm only supposed to use it as a last resort. I have another health condition that stops me taking some medications :/

@sunny: I took those for a week. After that I could move my neck just fine again. And it really sucks you cannot take all medicine.

Yeah I know :/ I am mostly hoping it eases off on its own, if not I have a Dr's appointment on Tuesday for something else and I will see if there's anything they can do.

@vengeance: I'm pretty slow but I think I have got half of the items now, just need to hurry up and get the rest. How are you doing? I bet you're doing great since you're always posting lol xD
@sunny: I have over a 1000 shells XD I am hoarding them all first. Well half of the items is good already. You still have a about a week so.
@vengeance: That's a lot of shells! I'm not letting mine mount up, I'm using them as soon as I have enough so that I can keep track of which items I need.
