So I started working at Starbucks a couple weeks ago and everyone is amazingly supportive and helpful
Alll except for the girl who trained me. Everything was going great until I noticed the way she was training me was not correct and would of got me in trouble if I did and she told me.
So I made a comment to my manager and she got in trouble with our district manager and now she’s making my entire work vibe awful. Throwing so much shade at me and treating me poorly . :(
I’m so nice and she’s just a .... well you know. Idk what her issue is with me.
Anyways sorry for ranting . Just on a break right now and I’m just annoyed

@totalanimefan: me too . I avoid it at all cost and all my managers and co workers and telling me not to stress or let her upset me so I’m trying not too
It's frustrating, but let her keep doing it. She's only hurting herself by not being a team player. Now that people are aware of some of the things she isn't doing correctly, she'll be under the radar more and if she keeps up the shady attitude, they'll see that too and find a way to let her go. You gotta wait her out.
