@rolly joger: LOL
Fair enough!
I can definitely admit the biology is fascinating.
Then again, all the sciences are, really.
.....
even social sciences, even if they are the most boring, most likely. XD

And yay for fooood

@Lunakiri: yea... college made me rethink everything that i like, but i guess that's what college is for lol

i agree, all sciences are interesting. i think there's something interesting for all subjects, though some subjects have a few more interesting things than others

mhmm the food was very yummy, even better than last time. my decision to deskin before i marinaded last night was a good choice

@rolly joger: Lol. Good way to look at it. XD

And true. Science is just a fascinating topic
Just.... not for me.
I'll look up things here and there because I'm curious, but I really don't have enough of an interest to try studying any of it.

If I ever went to college, I'd probably.... (And I do mean college, not university. I know Americans have a habit of combining the two to just 'college'.... even though they are different. At least in my experiences they do) .... honestly, I'd be there for art, most likely. Maybe coding // game dev. I'm not sure.

@Lunakiri: ah i see, bio is def interesting enough for me to study it. though this last year, i was surprisingly fascinated with film analysis. too bad it's too late for me to really do anything about that fascination at least if i want to graduate on time /:

yeah i'm one of those guilty americans, i think of college and university as the same, technically i go to an university, but everyone just calls it going to college
ohh nice, art is pretty fun to take at college i hear, coding on the other hand is pretty hard

@rolly joger: Eh, I don't knock the whole lumping them together thing.
Not everywhere has the same way of speaking as another place.
I mean... I'm in Canada. We generall split 'em.
We also say Pop instead of Soda. XD

and it's colour, not color.
So... yeah. It's different all around the place.
(Jumper instead of sweater in the UK, for another example, lol)

And oooh, film analysis would be an interesting subject to look into. I don't think I could do anything school wise regarding it myself though. I'm just... not THAT interested. XD

@Lunakiri: yea it's pretty interesting how different places have different words for things, even within the same language. i know parts of US say pop too, though where i am, we say soda xD

lol color/colour and the -or/-our's in general is a well known difference. even though i grew up in the states i thought for the longest time gray was spelled grey till i realized that grey is the "british" spelling and gray is the "american" one. tbh it doesn't matter to me how you spell or even call things as long as people get what you're trying to say, and any differences just makes you or your place special

besides maybe taking another class in it i don't think imma do much with it either. it's def only something i would do for fun as enjoyment not really anything else

@rolly joger: I only have an issue with it when someone I know who is Canadian born and raised doesn't use the 'correct' spelling for Canada.
Like... come on.
You're Canadian.
Show it.
XD
He would have learned to speak colour with a U.
I don't get why he ignores it. > <

But overall? I completely agree.
As long as it's understood.

hell, Saskatchewan, I think (.... that is hell to spell when you don't know it. Lol. I literally had to sound it out. XD I'm in Ontario, a couple provinces over) calls their sweaters like... bunnyhug or something, apparently.
I'm going off of what I've been told, no idea how accurate it is, but still.

And NewFoundLand and Labrador are ... commonly stated to be the rednecks of Canada, so their lingo is something someone from the middle o fthe country would be totally lost on. XD

@Lunakiri: yeah i get that, it def helps to have consistency, esp within the same country

oh wut, i have never heard bunnyhug for sweater, but it is cute lol xD. i would totally call it that among my friends now to be cute haha

HAHA i feel, i'm from california, so it's hard for me to understand newyorkers or southerners sometimes. i feel it's prob the same for them when i talk, but idk i feel like hollywood has made the whole world able to understand californians LOL

@rolly joger: Bunnyhug IS adorable.
I dunno if it's true, it's just a tidbit I was told or read years ago. Lol.
If it is, go Saskatchewans! That's so frikken cute XDDD

And I getcha on the whole Hollywood thing.
I'm not entirely sure if that's the most accurate, but at the same time, I can understand it.
A couple of my best friends are from Cali too, sooo. Meh?
