I normally work at 3am :p but I go to sleep around midnight . I just have troubles sleeping my mind is always thinking which kind of sucks :/

That does suck. I understand, as a sufferer of chronic insomnia. I sometimes just have trouble sleeping too and I wake up multiple times throughout the hours, so it's annoying.

Yeah it's something I'm getting use to but lately I just feel like crap all the time. I have a doctors visit tomorrow to help me out.

Good luck. When I went to the doctor for help, but just told me to get over it because many people don't get a lot of sleep. I tried sleeping pills, but they don't work for me XD

@vengeance: Yep, didn't care and I think I was crying while there so I was crying right in front of him, asking for help and all he gives me is three Ambien, and they didn't work anyway, but he said even if they did, I wouldn't be getting more because pills aren't good. I agree with that, sleeping pills aren't good but back during this doctor visit, I was only getting two hours of sleep or less a day. I was stuck in a very bad case of insomnia and he just acted like I shouldn't be upset.

@vengeance: Right now I'm fine because luckily, it got better, but if it gets that bad ever again, I don't know what I'll do. I know I don't want sleeping pills because you have to keep increasing the dose after a while and then when you get off of them, you have terrible rebound insomnia, so sleeping problems are just all around a mess to deal with XD

@Ginji: yes you can get really addicted to them?
