I honestly feel so nauseous bc I let go a staff last night who was rly unwell. They kept calling in once to twice a week and this week couldn't come in at all. And they're actually a liability to have around the youth at this point but I still feel so bad. I want to puke tbh.
No and I feel terrible but they also rly need to focus on their health and were hurting themselves by trying to maintain work and their recovery. If they get better and want to return then I'm all for it but as of now they need to focus on their health
