@Shark: no. work stuff. one employee is rly testing me. trying to push boundaries and see what he can and can't get away with. questioning me, etc. so i've been constantly telling him no and making him work, etc. either his attitude changes or he's gone within the year tbh.
@Shark: yeah like. he has done nothing but put down the board of directors and try to convince me to be careful about them and it's almost paranoid. i can tell he doesn't trust two of the members but his personal bias isn't a professional opinion nor is it professional for him to try and influence my perspective of them or interactions or relationship. >>;;
he is also doing other stuff he isn't in charge of. he's an animator. that's it. but he has access to my work's email bc he is close to a person who works for the city. he's rly only supposed to use it to communicate with that person but i saw that he recently invited someone for an interview. WITHOUT letting the board of directors know or ME, who would be doing the interview. i'm just gonna let this person show up and then ask them who invited them, then explain i can't do the interview as a board member NEEDS to be present. lmao. i'm just gonna let him get caught bc it's not my problem.

@nyreen: well that's just weird. maybe he should try being the boss elsewhere if that's what he wants.

@Shark: the wild thing is that he was offered the coordinator position three - four times and turned it down
