@Addy: The way they ship is annoying. I ordered a package and it said it was leaving the facility in Lexington, Kentucky. I am in a suburb if Cincinnati, so it's an hour and thirty six minutes drive. It went to North Carolina first. : /
I joked and said that they took my book on vacation.

I hope your parcel gets here soon! Waiting is agonizing sometimes.

it's in a town 40 minutes over!

shipping is really weird - sometimes it doesn't take a direct path because if it's still within the delivery window, the stuff on a stricter schedule (two day shipping, etc) can take priority on the direct path and then it'll take a more roundabout journey

also sometimes people just mess up ahaha

GAH yes I know that feel xD It's especially annoying when you're really close but they have to make a detour through a processing facility--I live in Tucson but all packages go through Phoenix first, so if someone farther south sends me something, it passes me before making it here. xD
