@Zach: Yeah, my job is a bit hard because I have to be available all the damn time. I never have set days off, it's always random...when someone called in sick, I have to cover their shift. I really need to find me a sugar daddy or win the lottery.
Haha, I love my current job I work a ton, but I work the hours I want to which is nice. But I been helping out at the shop and we stay there till 11 or so at night and I work at 3am most days.
@Zach: Honestly, I don't hate my job. I just hate the people I'm working with. Hopefully it gets better for me next year, since another store (my fave) wanted to promote me....only if my current manager doesn't promote me by june/july next year, then I will go over there to the other store.
I wouldn't wait on promotion go for the one you want.
When I wanted to get promoted in my store I was getting bounced store to store and working 60 hours or more a week and I hated it. Then we moved back to idaho and all that work was for nothing. I wish I just jumped on the position when I had the chance. You should just see if the other store still wants you to move up and talk with them and move up asap. You shouldn't wait for them to pick you.

@Zach: That position is already saved for me, but I can only go over there if my manager doesn't want to promote me lol....right now she has her eyes on me already, but she can't promote me just yet because they need more than one person to get promoted at a time for different stores. District manager doesn't like to train just 1 person at a time, she needs a couple or even 3 people at a time. It takes too long to train...
