Yikes... getting kicked by a horse can be pretty serious. Glad your injury wasn't though.
I used to know people who had horses. I don't think any of them had gotten kicked. I do know how skittish horses can be though.

@Faust Sheep: I feel like she hates me, first horse that does. She has had a tough life so I understand. I wasn't mad at her, I hugged her instead.

@Faust Sheep: The previous owner was just stupid and put her in a stall with another horse. The horse kicked her into the metal gate and half of her back hoof came off.

I haven't, but I saw a guy get kicked in the chest by one several years back. He wound up with a few broken ribs, but it could have been far worse.
@RainbowPanda: Some more interaction might be good for her. Might help a little with that anxiety around people. Poor thing.
