@Boris: Nope, no limping. This was just an extra bad charlie horse, it probably caused a nerve to pinch or whatever. It just hurt when i would walk, but not enough to make me limp.
@vengeance: I always get them in my sleep. Like once a month xD

I do still feel a little pain from it though. But its not too bad.

@FuuChan: It's like a really intense leg cramp. My mom gets them in her feet and legs.
