I can’t do this anymore :c
oh no D: are you alright? i know the feel about not being able to sleep, so at some point i just give up and do something first before trying again
@Peony: that’s why I’m on Voltra xD to kinda maybe help stimulate the sleeping juices
@Guttedbunny: lol that makes sense xD you can maybe stay for like twenty or so minutes before trying again c: whenever that happens to me sometimes i just give up on sleeping and try to relax

I notice that I get these kind of sleep limbos more often when I'm on break from school. Since it's the semester right now maybe my body's too tired to randomly stay up xD
@GuttedBunny: been having sleep issues for months now myself. I find forcing myself to stay awake for 24 hours before going to bed at 9pm the next day helps get my sleep back on schedule. You could also try reading, meditation or listening to soft music. All have helped me at times. Looking at a screen doesn't help in the slightest due to the blue light. ;-;

@Peony: yah. Normally I wake up for work at this time.

i only gained like...7lbs..i struggle to gain weight so i'm not use to it.
