Yeah, I still don't know how to color half the things correctly...or well shading. There's so many different ways and I can never replicate the way I want it. orz

KAJSfkdsjg. It's nice when they make references, but it's hard when they skip over something that they don't think is important, but when one doesn't know. I feel like I see that a lot. Or if they use specific brushes for things.

I now love the lumonosity layer option in paint tool sai.
Gonna use that for the moon+ghosties and probably the stars in the sky.

@fuuchan: YEAH. YES OMG. I didn't know about those for a long time until I watched a reference for it.
I used to use SAI all the time, but unfortunately it doesn't carry over to a mac, which is where I do all of my drawing.

YES!!! When I first learned it, I think I kinda abused the glowiness, but now I know how to limit what I use it for.

Well, I suppose that works. You'd just need to be careful with copyright issues and whatnot. I know they remove the music from videos sometimes.
