Does the ear seem like it's too high on the head?
It's bothered my for a while but now that we can layer ears over hair, it's bothering me even more so. It's higher than the eyes just about, and that shouldn't happen T _ T
If at all possible, I think it'd look better if it was shifted down a little bit. It'd look more natural.

I know it might take some work with the layering and for any items that may affect the ear, but I think moving it down just a touch would be good.
Quick fix: Don't wear your ears over hair that would potentially cover it? 
LOL We are currently moving layers around and hair layering is our main focus rn. We will take this feedback into consideration; ears have been a huge topic of discussion within our artist team in the past already.

I agree with this. I would love the see the "bangs/fringe" layer of the hair go over the ears, with the rest behind it. I'm not sure if that's how it works here, though.

I'm cool with the addition of ear items, I think it's great!

Since there is no point puting it under the hair layer, because that would be the same thing with not using any ear xD
