@Vixen: Oh Japanese curry is good! I used to make it from scratch. (Especially since I can't eat onions). SOO good. One of my favorite curries.
If I don't have Butter Paneer I'm going to make a red bell pepper, cheese and egg scramble. Then I put that in a tortilla sometimes with a hummus, sometimes a different sauce.
it's like a 10-15 min dinner and it tastes good, and is cheap.
