Yes it is. I feel like 2020 made me really bad at remembering. It sucks.
Yeah that's exactly what I thought too.
I read that when a person goes through trauma and is still going through it your brain rewires itself differently and can't/doesn't remember the stuff that is not important to the trauma at hand.
So, 2020 was a lot, and we are all still living through it and processing it too. So it's hard for us to remember stuff before 2020 but also to remember the facts and skills that we used to know.
Yeah I do too. We have all been like this for so long, all longing for back to normal, but we don't really know how that will be, and we all have this new trauma. I don't think I'll be able to get used to crowds again for a while. Same with no wearing a mask outside.

I've never dyed my hair. It's brown.
Yeah everything seems longer.
My husband and I used to only leave the house in March-May just to get fast food lol
