I opened a "Winter Stocking (Winter Solstice '18 Goodie Bag)" and got 2 of the item I selected - which was "Fleece for Warming". Is this a bug?

@0v7: It is not a bug. During this event, the items were priced differently. This goodie bag in particular was sold in shops at the highest event currency price. That price being double what the fleece for warming was sold for at the time. So, to off set the cost, the goodie bag grants two of that item.
You can always check the amount of an item being granted from a goodie bag (or any other consumable) in the pop of window and the bottom right of the thumbnail you select.
