yeah it def takes effort to make, checking if you're dreaming, a habit ...
i haven't quite reached the point where it's a regular habit yet but i think if you can just keep it up for 2 weeks it'll be much easier
and yeah that def happens!! the times i've really lucid dreamed , once back in hs when i was going thru a lucid dream phase lol and that one time this year , i have to be careful and stay calm or i'll wake up lol
both times i eventually did wake up cuz i couldn't stay calm long enough haha

i learned that it's based on a manga so it makes sense that there would be more, like there's more to the story so i guess it's mainly abt whether netflix wants to keep producing it
eh if u don't maybe the new season coming out will get u to watch em lol, i did the same thing w aggretsuko where i never watched the last 2 eps but finally did it in order to watch the new season lol - i think it works bc they're no longer the "last two" episodes haha

sometimes i'll have the same mindset for when i have to * do * stuff too but lately i try to convince myself more that something is better than nothing
like cleaning just a little is better than not at all, or doing a little art or a tiny exercise is better than not at all - otherwise i'm like oh i have to do All Of It At Once and then just ... won't lol
i think movie / tv watch nights w friends helps too :0 cuz it's like it's gonna happen ready or not hahaha
