she's been puking and barely eating or drinking water
im trying to figure out vets but im poor and this sucks

shes my emotional support animal :(

@vessel: is she a strictly indoor kitty? how is her behavior otherwise? any chance of having come into contact with any poison or poisonous plants?

@vessel: keep an eye on her. make sure she is drinking water. if she becomes a bit aloof.....for instance my cat would just sit and stare at the wall, get to the vet immediately

@vessel: my kitty, i swear she was poisoned tbh. She had to have been. but she stopped eating then stopped drinking. then would stare at the wall. finally she would just go down the stairs to the front door and stare at the wall there. not even the door. i couldn't help administer food or water. she was just in so much pain but you'd never have known because she was still loving, just not as responsive.

@Xanthan: my friends helped me take my cat to the vet last night and she's gonna be ok! thank u so much for letting me realize the seriousness too. my cat was acting almost the same as urs so i'm grateful, and im so sorry about your cat - that sounds heartbreaking

@Shark: she was given an IV last night and the vet said she's gonna be ok and doesnt need surgery!

@Xanthan: they gave her an IV and some medication, said she wouldn't need surgery but to keep an eye on her. my friends are taking care of her rn for me and they say she's doing pretty good! they said she ate a lil bit so im hoping she can keep it down
