Hoping I win this quarterly award. Granted I've been loving everything I've done/ doing minus class, but dang Tuesday - Thursday are tough for me right now.

Oh man I know that feel when things get super stressful and you unintentionally take it out on your parter ; - ; Good luck with your work, and try your best to manage your time :0 If you feel like you can take a small break just to do some deep breathing exercises (in my case I have to remind myself now and then to loosen my jaw, because that's one of my stress habits), then do so :0
My boyfriend says i grind when I sleep so yeah I know that's cause by stress. But I am trying to manage time. I do get thankful when something happens and forces me to slow down and just think and calm down even just for a minute. Usually an inconvenience for most and make them more annoyed, but I am just like in a sense this is a relief
It's hard to wind down when you are stress. At least for me it is. :( I hope that you find a good reliever. What about music and Voltra? XD

Actually Voltra has been helping me! But music depends how I'm feeling because there are days where I could play it and it will just annoy me even more. Sometimes I just want silence

@decomposer: oh yes there are days where i just want to give up and not leave bed. But i tell myself i can do it and things will lighten up again at some point and then other days my boyfriend is like come on we got to go
