@amber lynne: i'm doing some rough stuff to try to loosen up again, yeah - mostly just copying poses and things, i think i'm gonna try to go back to some basic exercises and stuff soon to work on some stuff. it's been agesss haha

@Amber Lynne: I can’t have very much of it even if I take a pill to help me digest lactose. It means no trips to the bathroom but it’s not the same as if I wasn’t lactose intolerant.
