I had Thai food that night. ^^; I had the food again after my flare up went away and I was fine. So it wasn't food poisoning. Just IBS.

@Yae Meiji: I drink oat milk and I love it. I never buy milk for at home but sometimes when you eat out it’s hard to avoid.
Those pills work for me. I’ve been taking them for about 10 years.

@Yae Meiji: my husband makes it that way all the time. I’ve also had cream of wheat with oat milk.
I like my oatmeal with water instead of milk. When I became unable to have dairy but didn’t know about the pills yet I switched to water. I just never changed it cause I got used to it that way lol

Maybe you should try oat milk sometime see if you like it. It’s thicker than almond. I recommend the brand Oatly. I haven’t liked every oat milk brand I’ve tried.
