I bought a condo in Dec. my husband and I have been doing lots to update it. It needed a new furnace and hot water heater. So we had to put those in right away. We are in the middle of updating the kitchen cabinets. We are painting them grey. They are 20 years ago and have never been painted.
We have also updated the old wall light fixtures (the part which you which it on and off, and the plug sockets).
Oh and we also just got a new washer and dryer! The old ones where 35 years ago and they were horrible!

@LordLucre: I’m really tired. I had therapy today. I’m trying to overcome a needle phobia.
