@MoodyBats: Art is a good way to help with depression i have manic depression and I noticed whenever I get really upset I will pop out my sketch book put on pandora and just draw until I feel better.

I have such a hard time doing that with my depression.
I'm not sure what kind i have since i haven't been diagnosed by a doctor but I know i do have it as it's hereditary in my family.
I tend to feel guilty if i pull mine out while i am depressed. Dx

I use to have kind of suicidal tendencies.
though i've had social and seperation anxiety my entire life pretty much.

I watch a lot k-pop videos and all their food looks so good.
and not all of it is seafood either.
I DEMAND TO TRY KIMCHI.

@sabrina: That's rough i'm sorry.
My mom basically had a stroke 10 years ago and then i started to get depression
though didn't really get the tendencies until i was around 18[am almost now 24].
