@Kirrai: Nice! I've yet to catch up to Attack on Titan - just... waiting for episodes so I can binge... (wait unless it's over already I'm so out of the loop)
Noragami was so good. It was a rare gem that season that I felt got popular only by word of mouth. I'm glad it did! season 3 when
Oh man I'm way behind on seasonal anime. Which are the good ones you've heard of?

Nooo don't worry about that! Join if you want to! Pixel art is awesome and any size would make a great gift!!

Hahahahaha well I'm just hoping nothing goes horribly wrong

@Hachi: I looked it up on where I'd usually watch it, and it says ongoing? I like to binge too. Half the reason I forget to watch things. By the time they're fully released I've been distracted!

That definitely was the case with Noragami. I mean, that's how I found out about it. I had friends on my DA who basically harassed me to watch it ^^' (Took me about a month before I gave in lol)
I read somewhere that a third season on Noragami is late 2018 or early 2019, But I never read anything set in stone so idk.
Who was your favourite character? Mine would have to be Yukine. Or the Yato / Yukine duo.

The only one I can remember of the top of my head is the Sword art online Alternative, But I haven't watched it. I just recall my bf telling me countless times how good it is. Also, the My Hero Academia has taken off this year or is it just my imagination? (I don't think it's a 2018 anime either)

I've got about a week to decide don't I? I think I read it closes at the end of November?

I hope so too!
From the one I did a couple of years ago on DA had a few people who didn't receive art. But that didn't have a Pitch hitter system (Which is a really great idea tbh).

@Glume: Rare few with the patience <3

@Kirrai: Welcome to Voltra! I play D&D too every weekend. Its not so much the patience as discipline that you need to keep a schedule and stick to it. The most common campaign killer is RL responsibilities. Usually 1 or 2 people stop playing because they don't have time anymore and the campaign falls apart because it simply can't go on when such a big part of the story is dependent on them.

My dad is Australian. I have a sister and a whole bunch of family in Melbourne but I live in Europe currently. Nice to meet you!

Millet, spilling the tea:

Is it because in your section there is no areas that cross into their territory during mating season maybe? :o I know on the mainland major roads cross into their territory and then it is mutual torment haha.

(Also I am a D&D player as well. Play every other sunday with a group of friends. Started playing when I was 8. Xp)

Parrots as a whole I find relatively easy to train. The issue remains in their ownere not keeping up with the training (a commitment) and then the birds losing what they earned. Xp Ringnecks adapted the easiest in my experience. And naturally all cockatoos are the toughest parrots to train. @_@

@Kirrai: Welcome! I have joined recently and am loving it here. I have trouble writing about myself as well, which is why my profile usually stays blank.

I love pixel art. I haven't tried my hand at it much. I tend to sketch and doodle more. Do you have any recent pixel pieces?

@kirrai: Hello there! Hope you stick around for a while and enjoy your stay here. :)

Would you mind talking about your OCs? I love hearing about what kind of characters others create. :) I'm currently working on fleshing out a couple of my own. :)

Also, do you have examples of your art anywhere?

@Saeyra: I can see how that would be an issue. Is it the type of game you would be able to stop/start and resume on different days or done over one time period? I assumed from the little I know the latter >.<'
I don't have the patience over such a long period. But I'm genuinely getting more curious about it!

Thanks for the welcome Saeyra <3

What took you to Europe? ( I'm kinda Jealous o: )
------

@vengeance: Thank you <3
Aww! Really? Thanks so much! -hugs-
------

@Millet: I'm not really sure tbh. It could be the case?
I personally love Magpies, since I use to visit my grandmother when she lived in the country and we'd always sit outside and watch the birds. (Mostly Magpies and Crows are what I remember).

I'm starting to realize D&D is more popular then I thought~

Honestly, That was what I thought when it came to Oreo (Cockatiel) She was relatively calm around people (Especially one of my younger brothers). He just never really put enough effort into her. The most he can do with her is get get on his finger to put her back in her cage (She's a Houdini lol ) and no-body else can do that with her.

Lately my Mother and Step-father have been getting a lot of birds. They currently have 2 yellow Parrot things (Sorry, I have no Idea what they're called, I refer to them as Bananas lol) 2 other parrots, green mostly and about the same size as the bananas. They have like some red I think In there tails. Like 7 Budgies. 2 Lovebirds, Whom are totally sweet! (Relationship goals, lol!) and including Oreo about 6 Cockatiels, various colours.
Like 15 chickens (I included them since they're birds! xD)

(On a side note, I've been bitten by a macaw and it's not a fun experience. My poor poor finger! lol 10/10 wouldn't recommend)
------

@Selikait: Thank you <3
When did you join? Are you enjoying yourself? It's only my second day here so far but I love this place already ~
I put some stuff on my profile. I kinda was just honest and said I didn't know what to put here. Being a little sarcastic lol.
My Da is Kirrai if you want to have a look ^^ (I also have an account called Pixeltiel which I wanted to aim at just pixels but it has literally one thing on it xD My Kirrai account is more like Naruto / Fandom stuff)

Digital or Traditional? o:
------

@Apollo Im Burning: Thank you ~ I do plan to stick around :)
Honestly I'm not really good at talking about my characters, I also tend to get a little embarrassed with talking about them >.<

But it's kind of a like modern ninja / clan type storyline that I've been working on. Kind of a clan war and a Girl who is kind of stuck in the middle of both as she's from both bloodlines. Keep in mind, I was kinda inspired by Naruto (>.<')

Kirrai & Pixeltiel are my DA accounts :)
------
I replied to so many... Hopefully this doesn't stretch the page so much?
( also hope I didn't miss anyone :( )
Can someone tell me if bolding the @ mentions still keeps the mention without breaking it? I would kind of like to make it stand out a little.

@Kirrai: One D&D session generally lasts minimum of 4 hours and can go all the way to 8 hours sometimes. You could stop and start anytime but the DM needs time to prepare the encounters and stories, you gotta give them time to get things together, they are abit different than just asking a computer to start a game haha, not to mention everyone is not always free at the same time. The more players the harder it is to schedule but 4-5 players and a DM I find is my preferred sweetspot. If you have a good group of friends and want to play more than once a week you could probably take turns being the DM. Some people join a couple of different groups too as an alternative.

I came to Europe to get married to my husband who is Croatian Been here almost 6 years now. I can't wait to explore all the countries around here. They are all so beautiful. Australia is beautiful too but it is abit far for me to explore currently.

@kirrai: Aw, I don't think you should be.
I've never watched or read Naruto, so I'm not familiar with its world. o:
Why are they fighting? (Btw, if you really don't feel comfortable talking about them, feel free not to answer. n u n;;;)
I personally have an OC that I made due to the show Supernatural. xD If I remember right, they were at first meant to be part of that world, but then I started making another world entirely. I actually had a good chunk of a story planned out, but then I kind of just stopped, I guess?
Only recently did I decide to pick them up again and try to rewrite their story and flesh them out. o:

And omg, that cockatiel is so cute! Pixel art is something that I've considered picking up, but idk if I'd be patient for it, lol.

Btw, I'm not sure if bolding a username affects the ping, but feel free to try it on me and I can let you know!

@Saeyra: I barely have enough patience for Monopoly.
What would make the game take longer? Would it be because of what the DM?

Aww so romantic! <3 It must have taken some time to get use too?
I haven't been outside of Australia. I went to Melbourne for a couple of weeks when I was like 19, but that's about it.

I always wanted to go to London, Maybe if all things go well, next year or the year after I'll drag someone with me. I also wanted to go to either Canada or the US, But I'd prefer London first.

Have you traveled anywhere else besides Europe?
------

@Apollo Im Burning: Okay, I'm giving it a shot. If it doesn't work I wonder if you'll remember to pop by? x)

It's kind of addicting tbh. Although I never fully invested in the first series, but I loved Shippuuden the most. Not sure how I feel about the whole Boruto series either, like the manga and Anime are completely different with the only hint that they might eventually have a similar outcome. (My theory is they're suppose to be different, like alternative universes that eventually overlap, since Different Dimensions have been hinted at late Shippuuden)

Mostly territory. Generations ago it belonged to the Kinsuki but eventually the Akimichi took control and since they're the largest clan it's stayed within there control for years. (I suck at naming things rofl). It's not like full on war-zone with constant fighting. The city which I can't seem to figure out a name is split by a river and one side tends to be where disputes are held. Also the more poverish side, since It's affected by the fighting.

o: Funny, I'm watching Supernatural atm (season 3, episode 3. The rabbits foot episode xD). What made you take her out of supernatural? I'd love to know about this other world you created for her?

Side note: Who is your favourite character? Mine has always been Dean <3

Pixel art is actually more satisfying to complete (or at-least for me). It can get a little tedious if you work on a larger scale, to the point I envy those who can do it. If you ever want to try, I'll let you try out one of my bases to see if you like it? ^^

I usually do my pixels in Paint Tool Sai. It tends to be easier then like photoshop, and I haven't dabbled in any other program besides the two so there are probably easier programs out there to use for pixeling.

Btw, Your avatar is so pretty <3

@Kirrai: Well hmm have you ever had any experience with escape rooms? Sometimes to get out of situations there is lots of discussion between the players on the next course of action. And of course combat is turn based to keep things orderly so you have to wait till all your teammates get their turn and then wait for your enemies to have their turn every round. But yeah I think you should watch Critical Role on youtube to see how a D&D session generally goes.

I have been to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Melbourne. We mostly went around visiting family. My dad has 9 brothers and sisters haha. And yeah London is on my travel list too. Haven't been there yet.

@Kirrai: I joined Sunday night of this week, so it hasn't even been a full week yet, but I really like it here so far. There's a lot of potential.

I check out your dA. Really nice work shading the blue hair. The multiple tones look really good. I tend to do more traditional than digital art. I really prefer starting with pencil.

@Kirrai: Yukine is also my favorite character! I'm really weak for redemption stories...
Oops I never watched the original Sword Art Online I'M LIKE YEARS BEHIND I'M STILL WATCHING STUFF FROM 2008
At some point recently My Hero Academia got really popular but I can't remember when it actually came out anymore haha

Yep there's one more week left for sign-ups!
Yeah I've definitely been in exchanges where I've been left out, so I know how it feels... so I'm going to try really hard to make sure it doesn't happen here! I'm really glad for all the support that the pinch hitting system has gotten so far.

@Saeyra: Honestly no, I'm not one to put myself in a claustrophobic situation. But I can see the analogy you're making o:
I'll subscribe to them, hopefully I'll get around to watching them soon.

So many beautiful places <3 Which was your favourite?
-----

@Selikait: Can I add you, we can go through this newbie period together! <3

Tbh, that one took me 3 times as long as my other pixels because I'm not use to working on larger pixels. I can't take credit for choosing the colour pallet, as it's my Gaia avatar. (The bright blue is the closet colour on Gaia I've found to my favourite colour, Cobalt)
...and I actually wish I went more simplistic with the hair shading. It's incredibly busy.

I created a smaller version of my base I used with the Blue girl, So I didn't have to work within such a large scale. Last night I posted avatar art of my Voltra avi with it on my Kirrai account ~ I wanted it on my Pixeltiel account but since the blue was on Kirrai, I thought it would be weird having them in two places.

I'd love to see some of your drawings <3
-----

@Hachi: I'm going to confess how upset I was when I thought he died! Seriously, they played with heart-strings when that happened. There is a few like weird episodes in the mix of SAO 1. But the overall story is great. I have to admit, my favourite character tho is from season 2. Sinon.
What anime are you currently watching / attempting to watch?

On my DA it seems to be incredibly popular, with a lot of people creating MHA Oc's. I don't think I'll get around to watching it as it seems to draw people in and I don't need to be drawn into another fandom! x)

Have you watched Ao no exorcist? That's also really good. (I need to remember to watch season 2)

Do you have many people whom have joined as a pitch hitter?

@Kirrai: Hmm its really hard to say, Hong Kong Disneyland was fun for little kid me (cheaper gadgets was a fun upside too). Singapore was beautiful and clean but a little clinical for me (also everything is quite expensive). Philippines has a few really good spots with untouched nature but quite a pain to get to as roads and infrastructure are not the best (everything is on the cheapish side though). Malaysia has amaaaaazing food OMG!! Chinese food and Indian food got married and had beautiful children (also really affordable). Thats all I remember from those places though, I haven't been there in quite some time. I liked Melbourne best because I like their wide roads, nature parks and they speak English which is super nice for me. They also have pretty fun festivals quite regularly so there is alot of fun stuff to do especially in summertime.

Of the European countries I have been to so far Budapest is the prettiest city, Croatia has the prettiest nature and beaches. And hmm I really enjoyed Austria but it rained when I went so that may be why I can't remember anything super special about it.

@Kirrai: UHHH I have a number of shows that I've started and then backlogged because I stopped in the middle for an extended period of time and now I don't remember what's happening haha (Blue Exorcist is actually one those). I'll get back to them eventually!!

I think at this point I'm only really actively watching Fate/Zero.
And the only show I'm following this season is Jojo's (but am I really tho considering that I'm several weeks behind?)

MHA (man... there's too many names for this show... I usually default to "Macadamia" bc it's funnier) is really good though! I've... definitely... dragged my fair share of friends into this hell hole with me... it's never too late to join, heheh

Yep lots of pinch hitters! I'm so grateful honestly
