Wow, that is *really* bad, I thought that maybe they just changed the site's elements from forum/avatar based to game/avatar based but no, that's just basically scamming people. Do you still use it though? Did you have to pay for items??
The user Zuzu spent thousands of dollars on her items over there, and as far as I know. Got nothing back, and had to pay more for when they were 'recreated'. You literally have to pay for items you already paid for.

Mhmm. Drama is bound to happen when you have so many different kinds of people together in one place.
Very horrible of them, wow. I think maybe on the users' part, drama might be inevitable sometimes, but I would say this goes beyond some argument between two people and straight into scamming people out of their money. I'm wondering, could legal action be taken against these people?
Yeah. I guess it's because so many our run by young people?
Actually I asked someone who knows business law, and he said that if someone ever chose to fight them in court. Solia would most likely lose. They're working in a shadow area of the law.
Unfortunaly I don't think so. We had this one guy who owned atleast 3 avi sites over the years and each time he scammed people.
I heard about that guy, was never on any of his sites though.
The biggest problem is, taking these ass holes to court isn't really worth it.
Will people ever learn, honestly? But if the art is nice and you don't know much about the owner, it's really easy to fall for it
Mostly people just chose to leave, besides outside of the scamming. Solia is just dead. No body talks anymore.
I'd assume so to be honest, but I wish there was a way to have these people pay for their actions. Glad people left though, there are far better sites out there 
If my understanding of their financial situation is correct, I'm fairly certain Solia's owners are really close to bankruptcy and homelessness.
Did they just invest all of their money in the site? I feel like they kinda deserve that though, if you're not bringing up an honest product people want to buy and are just looking for quick cash by scamming people then there's no long term for your business

They invested everything into the site yes, and unlike some of the other site owners our there. Solia is their only source of income, they have no other jobs. Every waking moment is devoted to Solia. They honestly love that site, they're just not very good at running it.
