@Nalightful: things are a bit better, for the meds my doctor put me on, but my doctor said it maybe six weeks of healing. So not to worry

well I saw my doctor today he is a very awesome doctor he was there when I gave birth to my little unicorn, infact he is also her doctor.

But anyways I was put on 2 new meds and an ointment for my chunk of flesh missing infected wound which the ointment has already worked out a ton, I am so thankful I can walk a bit better know and bend my leg a bit.

It was just really swollen and infected. This is for everyone to read.

@Fade: come back online and post.

@unicorn: I'm so glad to hear that things are going better for your leg, now!
I bet that it's a nice weight off to not have to worry about that and to feel better.

Hopefully you'll be able to sleep a little better, too.

-hugs-

@unicorn: Sounds like a pain med.
Several of the ones prescribed for more intense pain or infection often has that side effect.

Which is also good, though, cause rest helps the body heal!

@Nalightful: yeah it is one that I've never had, but I asked my mum if she ever took it and she said that broke out in hives from taking it. So I hope that I don't I think that it pretty much just makes me sleepy and knocks me out

@unicorn: Oh man, sounds like she was allergic to whatever it was.
Glad you don't have that problem!

There is also a pain med that my mom can't really take.

@Nalightful: well hopefully it isn't the pain med that I am on. And that is true. I can't have ibuprofen it makes me sick.

@RainbowPanda: would you like to write about your summer, by any chance? You can check the frist page if you do. If you have any questions just ask.

@unicorn: The summer is pretty much over now.
About time to start writing!

Luckily I don't have any problem so far taking meds. I just can't take really big ones.
Like if it's a 7 day dose of something, and there is a single day option - my body isn't too keen on that higher dose.

@unicorn: No, I just mean higher dosage ones.
They are still swallow-able. My body just doesn't always like the higher dose (especially depending on how much I've eaten) and has a higher possibility of throwing it up.

@RainbowPanda: awe okay, and I can understand that, glad to hear that your summer was at least awesome.

@Nalightful: have ypu told your doctor, it might be an allergic reaction to it.

@unicorn: Oh it was fine after I got on the smaller dosage. It was just the single pill I couldn't take.
They were the same thing, though, I'm pretty sure.

As far as I've ever been concerned - I have yet to be allergic to anything, thankfully.

Of course, my mom wasn't allergic to much until she got pregnant. Then she was allergic to a bunch more stuff.

@Nalightful: I am also allergic to degree deorderant, and the secret deodorant. That is what happens sometime after you have a kid you end up allergic to things that you've used for years and become allergic afterwoeds it sucks though

If you can’t say something nice, Don’t say anything at all!

Donator Posted 6 years ago ( 2018/08/12 08:39:33 )
@unicorn: Wow, I didn't know it was that common to have that allergic change after having a kid.

I do some people that are allergic to antiperspirant, though. So they can use some deodorant, but not the ones that deter sweating.
