@Unicorn: yea before she did yoga she would play with herself but now that she does it she doesn’t do that anymore. So yea! She enjoys it and helps her out. And it is good to do yoga cause well it is relaxing. Lol.

@Roshan: you mean like playing with toys by herself. Yoga helps for all sorts of good things for each person. I heard that it is great for girls and women to do yoga but I've never seen anyone else do yoga like guys or anyone really.
