I think my dad ate pigs feet growing up too, and things like fried bologna. I didn't grow up where my dad's originally from though, so I never had things like that

I don't think I've had pig's feet, but I wouldn't be opposed to trying it depending on how it's cooked. After all, I eat cow head and cow tongue for taco fillings in Mexican street tacos. Ox tail is great in a soup or braised too.
