@Amber Lynne: Awww, you're sweet for offering <3 I'm not really much of a complainer, tbh. I usually prefer to focus on the positive and what's good, instead of dwelling on what's not absolutely perfect, but I truly appreciate the offer. In this case, there's not much to do other than get through another day and hope tonight's sleep is better.
Are you a perpetual insomniac? Have you tried melatonin or doing all the "usual" things - limiting caffeine, screen time, etc., etc. a few hours before bed?
