@Amber Lynne: He's not a jerk that way. He is old so he rarely barks, but he has always had a problem with being really selfish, not listening and marking his territory in the house. It's so stressful.

I also discovered that I have had a gold mine of video games on my bookshelf. I'm moving next month and my apartment is also becoming smaller so I am trying to get rid of things. I had a bunch of wii and gamecube games I can't play because my Wii is broken and I've been holding onto them for years- checked ebay and just one of my games was worth $200 and I sold for $250! I was shocked but also happy since its helping to pay for the new place fees lol.

E - He's trained, but he does it to mark. He's peed on so much of the cat's stuff, and my stuff. He's peed on my bed, the cat's bed, the cat tree, cat's crate, the corners of my bed (on the ground), the dining room table, etc. I don't know why he does it cause he's fixed.
@Amber Lynne: Oh they really are. And I didn't get him as a puppy so it's not like I could ever train him out of it. See above for where he has peed over the years.

@Totalanimefan: ohhh so it's totally possible he already learned to mark. I read that cats can retain that habit if they start going into heat/marking before they are neutered. so like female cats would still yowl and male cats would still mark. so I was like OMG neuter asap with my two cats xD
