@Totalanimefan: DC? I was born there! I was born
in Walter Reed Maternity. The old building
where I was born is no longer there though.
DC seems to understand that pets are very popular
and most people have at least one. Why can't GA realize
this? I absolutely hate it down here.... But it is what I can
live through till I have the ability to move...
And ice maker is something! Is the idea of moving making
you feel anxious or nervous at all? DC is covered in crazy highways/interchanges.
This one specifically is in VA, but my aunt just sent me a sky
view of the new interchange near the area she lives in called the Spaghetti.....
And it looks extremely confusing! Here is an areal of it.
I would not dare drive on this road! Woo!

@Totalanimefan: Oh yes. I meant that about your current residence.
Sorry for the confusion. But yay! New appliances in
the new place is so beneficial! You think you will get
a fridge with a water dispenser? That would be cool.
I drink a lot more Powerade zero than water. But I drink
a ton of water before bed. Like I feel super thirsty after 9pm,
and just guzzle a ton of water.
My realtor said it was best to rent. You save more money
that way cause you don't pay for repairs and such. But my issue is
finding rentals that allow pets is for some reason obnoxiously hard
to find. That was the main reason we had such a hard time finding
a place...

I am procrastinating, but slowly getting packed.

@The Bride: Ah yes... Sounds like ernya. Though... Did they
have a currency like that? Or was it just gold? I don't
remember. I can try to post about this place on my
instagram? I don't have many followers though... But
those few may come sign up?

@Totalanimefan: Oh lordy... Jeez. Do you plan to use the appliances
from your current place in the new place? Or are they
putting in new appliances? In our new flat, they put in a
new stove and dishwasher. But they're leaving the fridge because
it still works. It's an ugly sob.... But if it works, then that's fine. I
want an ice maker... But fridges with those cost way more than
standard fridges.
Now I have heard almost 50/50 that either couples buy a house
before or after marriage. It's going to be a while till we can afford to
buy a place... But I don't mind renting at all.
The realtor I spoke to said he'd get 20%. I guess it differs from state
to state and depending on whether you're getting a house, condo, duplex, etc.
It's a learning experience. We had one with the current place we rent at. And you're
getting a brand new, clean, properly inspected condo! So at least you now have
something to look forward to! And even if you don't get the 'in the works' condo, you
have a back-up. My fiancé and I were told to look/shop for a new place in January,
but we started in late December. For those 2 months of looking, we couldn't find
anything! Once we found one place, somebody snatches it up! That happened
many times for us. It was highly discouraging... We almost lost hope till I found
the 2 bed 1 bath flat 2 weeks ago. And the manager has been very helpful! She has
a slight annoying personality, but she's sweet! We sign the lease on Monday, and
I am so stressed about moving all my trash to the new place.
I'm sorry if I seem like I am making this sound more like it's about me. That's not
my intention. I just suck at responses through places via text. Especially when they're long....

help! I will be sending in a donation once I move
and buy a sofa. I just need to get measurements to make
sure I get the right size.

not be able to create another shop till next week, because
I am moving. Hopefully I can get stuff done while I pack....?

@The Bride: This place does have that Ernya feel. But
it's mostly in the avatar and community. The liveliness
of the place is the only thing making this place
lonely. I like this place though. So I don't plan
on leaving any time soon.

are nice. The place is filled with nice people. So I don't
understand why it isn't more lively.

@Kent: Haha. Yeah. I've noticed a lot of DnD and or LoL fans
on here as well.
I do plan to open a avatar/oc shop. I just need to gather up some pieces
to showcase. But I haven't been drawing humanoid based
art in many months... I'll get a shop up eventually.

I have been on this site for about a year or
maybe just over a year...? But I rarely get on. I think I have like...
around 100 posts total? I find that sad. If this place was more
lively, I feel people would be online more often.

@Totalanimefan: That's true. And getting a good realtor helps along with having a great
credit score. I believe the realtor I spoke with said that 740 was the lowest. Any
lower than that and it would be hard to find
a good deal along with area and quality. I would

Oh what a dream! But buying used is also a cheaper route. Stress and excitement for the future.
Oh yes. Only a week to pack. I'm off tomorrow and next Sunday. Otherwise I have to pack around my work schedule. Which is tough. I usually work right after breakfast till right before dinner or going on midnight. So we'll see how this all goes.
