Just saw that this hangout was recently active, so I figured I hop in and say hello!

I don't talk much other than in my undercurrent thread where I blab about what's going on in my life, but I'd be happy to stick around in this quiet place!

I'm feeling quite better now, I woke up super late at around 7PM but at least I'm well-rested. I still need to practice sleeping at night and wake up at daytime, not too early though.

Since I'm already starting my day and just hopped onto voltra, I figure I might as well listen to some CyanBlue songs for the evening. One of my favorite songs from them is The Spot, it's just so good!
Gonna check in with my dailies now, I'll come back on the weekend, next week, or maybe even in a few days! Bye!

I'd write something about now, but frick, my head is thumpin once every hour. This is from a lack of sleep and I need to sleep, NOW.

I just watched Joel review some movie trailers made from Ghana, and wow, it's amateurish but also very funny! I wonder if movies from these are available to watch online.

That's all, and now I sleep.

I can't believe there's a Sewerslvt mention on Voltra and I haven't even seen it years ago until now!

They go by Cynthoni now last time I checked, and I'm so glad she's back! I love how she makes her music!

There's so many movies that I've watched that are bad, like ultra bad.

I don't I'll ever be able to watch Showgirls again because there's a scene that's very and I mean VERY distressing to watch again. The main character's friend meets up with some famous guy she looks up to, and the moment those two meet up, the scene is just...ugh, it's disturbing and it's almost too real.

There's also Thankskilling, where there's a killer turkey doing what movie killers do. It's terrible, but I feel like it's being bad on purpose.

There's also Birdemic, and it's so bad it's hard not to laugh at. The fact that this movie is about environmental issues confuses me, I'm sure there's a better way to make a movie about pollution or climate changes than this!

OH, and there's Neil Breen's movies that are just the same level of editing and style as Birdemic. It's so bad that I dare anyone to watch it with a straight face.

Tekken Blood Vengance is a movie that I never thought I'd be shedding tears over. Tekken is originally a fighting game, but the game has its moments.

The bond between Alisa and Xiaoyu is so sweet, it's so underrated.

The Distractable Podcast!

Johnny Bravo is a show I love to watch. Though I prefer the later seasons than the first one. The first season was full of the kinda jokes dudes would make about wives or ladies. I didn't even realize it until years later!

I remember this weird show called Chop Socky Chooks, it's a trio of kung-fu chickens that look nothing like chickens. I thought they were a bunch of sentient Q-tips!

Then there's Tom and Jerry, and while the early show had its jokes that is no longer allowed on modern television, I do enjoy the modern version and the games that Cartoon Network would host on their site until the end of flash. Psst, you can play them on Flashpoint!

As a huge virtual pets player, I know quite enough!
Here's what I've been playing so far, and maybe a few mentions of games I used to play but left due to closure or not interested or just something else that caused a lot of players to leave.

Currently Active on...

Neopets - The longest and biggest virtual pet game that exists and one that I've never lost interest in. I lost my original account years ago and I also lost my other old account in the recent past years too because I forgot the password that I no longer remember. So after getting a password manager, I don't have to worry about losing my accounts anymore.

Aywas - Another long-running game I've been playing, though this one is not as frequented because there's other games that interest me more than this one. I'm still glad it updates some stuff, but I do hope it gets a bigger update on making some things in there easier.

Dappervolk - A game that I've recently joined and usually visit for the dailies. While the aesthetic and theme isn't my kind of thing, I do love the pets and the NPCs you can form a bond with to get some great prizes! That, and the people in here is super nice nowadays, so that's a plus for me!

Xanje - One of my favorite and most played pet games to this day! This is probably the only pet game where you can collect as many pets as you can, and in hundreds of different patterns or variations. Trust me that you will rarely get two of the same color combo!

Adopt Me - This one is from Roblox, and it's a virtual pet game where you hatch pets from eggs or egg-adjacent items and raise them to their full stage. You can fuse four of the same pet to make them neon, then fuse four neon versions of the same pet to make them a mega neon pet! There's more, such as making a family, buying and decorating your own home, and participate in fun activities.

Horse Life - Another Roblox game where you take care and collect horses. Not just your normal horses, though. There's unicorns, biorses, saurequines, and much, much more horse-adjacent species you can add to your team of horses!

EggCave - It's a cute game where you collect eggs and raise them slowly with clicks and visits from other people. I do like to visit this game during events, because that's where you get to click and feed for prizes! I don't have as much pets as the others who frequent the site, but I love to keep a small list for the others who are on a tight schedule.

DragonCave - A game similar to EggCave where you collect eggs and raise them with clicks and visits to grow them into dragons. I visit during holiday related events in hopes to collect the event-only dragons that appear for a limited time.

Pony Island - The virtual pet game, and NOT the horror game. It's the one that caught my attention because of the MLP-looking ponies you can collect and take care of and participate in events. While this game is mostly exclusive for paying members, free players can still raise and collect their ponies and participate in races. I don't play this game often because of it's limitations, I do visit it from time to time to collect money and items. Oh also the ponies you raise in the game can perish if you don't take care of them. That's one of the downsides, for me at least.

And now here's the games I used to play but don't due to loss of interest or because it got shut down, or because of something that happened.

Marapets - A game that's inspired by Neopets that started out as a guild of some sorts. As of this year I don't play Marapets other than the reason because I have too much stuff to do, and that there's way too much stuff in there to do, which I don't mind but like...life makes you busy. I do wish to revisit the game someday!

Goatlings - A cute game where you collect cute goats known as goatlings. You could participate in events, play games, trade, and train them for battle! Unfortunately it shut down due to several issues that happened throughout the recent years. I won't list them down here because it's quite a lot, and there's places that explain the issues better than I ever could. Thankfully there's people who are able to make a goatlings-inspired game, and while it's a WIP, I hope to see the polished version in a few years!

Santae - An amazing game that's unfortunately had most of its userbase gone because of some things the creator did. It's upsetting to hear because the game had so much potential and I love how progressive and unique the game is, with the pets, the NPCs, and I love the avatar building feature as well. It's a shame that I've lost some good friends there, but wherever they are, I wish them the best. The site is still up, but there's not as many people playing on there this year.

So that's all of the pet games I play and used to play. It's a huge list but I did say that I know a lot about it!

I've recently been watching Storybots with my cousins a few weeks ago. I'm glad that there's still some educational shows popping up around these years, I thought the educational or edutainment stuff wasn't a thing anymore, but I'm glad it's still here.

Oh, and the characters are soooo cute! I like Boop a lot. He's the red one who looks grumpy and says his name in every emotion possible.

I'm reading The Haunted Mask from the Goosebumps series as of this week.

I prefer the TV version of the Haunted Mask more, but it's great to see the differences between the book and the show.

Recently made a sour cream and tuna sandwich because I had no mayo around and I'm out of funds for the week. It tasted interesting, but I'd still prefer my mayo and tuna sandwich.
