Guidelines.
1. No mules! This is very unfair and will result in a permanent ban from all present and future giveaways by me. Don't be a douche, slick.
2. Be respectful. If you feel the need to lash out or act like a jerk, be sure that I will feel the need to remove you from my giveaways.
3. Try not to whine or be rude if you don't win. We can't all be lucky, and you'll always have another chance at other items. I do my best here, people.

This is something that I do on every avatar site that I join because - I mean - why not? I feel that avatar sites are a place meant to bring people together and for friendships to form - there's no reason that I can't help ease a little bit of anxiety by giving everyone the means to easily obtain something they desire.
