You'll need a legacy blueprint and one of the Angelic Legacies (plus 5000 volts) to craft an original Angelic Set. You can either purchase the blueprint or be granted one at the slight chance (10%) you obtain it while opening an Angelic legacy crate which can be granted from the Pharoah Adventurer crate in addition to the general CI of your choice (15%).

@Ark: great question and I'm happy to answer! The solid variations are only a selection of the set's poses. In this case, the staff was not selected for solid recolors. If you'd like to own and equipped the staff, youll need to aquire one of the Angelic legacy sets depending on variation you want.
You can aquire a legacy set by purchasing a voucher and selecting the unique variation of your choice.
