here it's more normal to get a raise of 25 cents to a dollar based on merit or time
but i had to request a $2 raise bc of them underpaying me and STILL underpaying even with that raise lol

I legit took a weekend trip last minute after taking a week trip LMAO
@vengeance: oh man yeah...my job kinda came up from the original storefront job...thats how i ended up with 2 positions
but tbh, i expected higher pay for the 2nd job but they paid me the same as storefront = - = i legit was about to quit
then finally discussed getting me higher pay..sigh LOL but w/e its better money than if i worked somewhere else with
worse work environment

but one good thing is how flexible my work is..i can ask to work from home if really needed,
can take sudden trips as long as i do work still...like it's good enough for now for my erratic lifestyle

- @Queen of Trash: yeah : ( my pay just now got separated into two separate pay rolls, because they finally gave me a raise
but the raise should have been what i've been paid from the start but 3mo later they give it to me lmao
it's a growing company so i understand delays but...man...i'm a marketing associate but paid as if im a receptionist
both my jobs are relating to the same brand, but they separate it into 3 companies for legal reasons T _ T
and thank you!! I finally figured out what i wanted for post format ahaha

- @vengeance: i now work 50hrs+ a week!! no overtime pay bc it's two different companies ^^;
my pay is pretty low for what i do so it's really discouraging that i work so many hours without OT lol
