Yeh I would say 25% of the featured artist make good cc. The rest is a no.
O and I have made a list of cc creators I would recommand. List is here
No hair creators since I only use Alpha hairs. But if you need some clay hair recs I can still give some.

Wow someone tried to upload a piece of cc to the simsresource. But it was rejected because their piece off cc wasn't up to tsr's upload standard. And me thinking "Which standard!????????? Atleast 50% of your featured artist make crap cc".

@Deaa: From now on you will see a notice when you are at the starting screen of the sims. Unless you have a mod that changes the start screen.
