Our entire city is made up of its energy, and it helps all of us conduct our lives without a hitch on a daily basis. My final project is waiting for me, and it needs a spark. Today’s hunt is … well, anything Voltra-related! That means Valentina’s looking for lightning bolts, electrical items, and the like. Now, don’t get out in the rain and get zapped trying to take a photo. Surely you’ve got something relevant to Valentina’s final request about your home, right? We’ll wait for the lightbulbs to go off in your head for that one. Snap to it! As a bonus, our list includes several items related to the other three realms that Volties originate from besides the prolific Electric Realm--I bet these hints might help with a Trivia Question or two...

Hey, Val, I found some stuff for you!

“So, you want to get to know me? The name’s Valentina Tinker, but you can call me Val. I deal in creating all sorts of things from recycled stuff. If you give me any sort of scraps, I’ll try my hardest to make something out of it worth your while. (So, please, don’t throw anything away!) Bugs are the coolest in my book, as evidenced by my friend and roommate, Bernard. To some people, especially Vyctor, he might be some big thing crawling in my shop, but he’s much more than that. If you stop by my shop, I’ll show you what cool tricks he can do!”

Anyway, in order to bring you all into my circle, I wanted to take this time to let you all in on a predicament I’m facing. I’ve taken on more projects than I can really handle at the moment, and I could really use the help finding some items to incorporate into my projects. Could you all help me out by taking pictures of stuff around you? Every day, I’ll let you know what I need for my project, then you can take a photo and report back to me with what you found! I’ll be keeping count of how much each of you helps me out, and I’m even willing to reward you for your help!”

Welcome to Valentina’s Scavenger Hunt! Valentina needs your help finding certain things in the world around you for her projects. To submit an item for Valentina’s projects, find a copy of it in real life and, while holding something with your username in the frame, take a picture of it! Upload it to a site like Imgur and link it in her thread and she’ll total up points. A new list of items will be added every other day of the contest, with old items still available for collection. The first user to submit an item for Valentina will get 3 points. Every additional submission of that item will grant 2 points during the 2 day period where the item is featured, and 1 point after the item has been replaced by the next list of featured items. She’ll post a running scoreboard when she updates the featured items!

At the end of the event, she’ll do a final scoreboard and hand out prizes!

The user with the most points will win 500 Ohms, a Cupcake Set, and will have the ability to choose a recolor for Valentina’s event items, of which they’ll receive a copy.
The second highest placed user will will 500 Ohms.
The third highest placed user will win 250 Ohms.

In between event submissions, feel free to chat about the featured and old lists of items, the pictures people are posting, and anything else related to the event--Valentina will unlock a new event pose at every 25th page of the thread.

Your current goal is to hit page 25. When you do, you will unlock a second EI in Valentina’s name.
